VDAgent in Windows 7 guest gets terminated when mouse hovers on some
applications like Kaspersky Anti-virus tool.
Noticed SendInput Windows API fails whenever any mouse operation performs on
this tool. "handle_mouse_event" method returns with failure due to this and
