Sounds like you may have the connections wrong on the relay. If the relays
are exactly like the originals, then there should be 3 labeled connectors
on the relay: W1, C1, and C2.
W1 connects to the Horn push button (ground)
C1 connects to the horn
C2 connects to constant 12V

I have tried TR6 manifolds upside down, but even with maximum hood
adjustment i was always just never able to fully close the bonnet without
resting the bonnet on the front CD175 carb. As I recall, if you turn the
manifold upside down you would also have to design a new system in whic
