Somebody once made the mistake of parking in
my '74 Scout in a restaurant parking lot. I
locked in the hubs and pushed the offending

There is a solution to this problem - call the police. But you never know,
that could come back to bite you as well. I find the best way to avoid this
kind of problem is get to know your neighbors - they are less likely to do
this again if they know you fairly well. Good luck!
