kHz. It's there for a couple of days now.

There are frequencies with several CW beacons a kHz or less apart. They
send different letters in CW. This one sends C (dahdidahdit) over and over.

I don't think anyone except the people running them knows exactly what
they are for. Maybe propagation, maybe direction finding, maybe some
military purpose.

Probably navigation since they transmit most often during naval exercises or
major operations of some sort. C is Moscow. These beacons are all over the
Russian Federation and Ukraine, and that's a big area to be
