I don't know what the figures mean. A number of "words" have been used during
the past 2 months. Several words have been repeated with different figures. I
noticed the same words also on other Russia

But how do they know it's the new station? Couldn't it just be some other new
station? What is connecting them?

it is still being used. The activity just moved to another part of the same
