Anyone decoded correctly the xpa2? To me seemsa message interrupted and
started again with the string:

but need to work around it a little bit more :)

O.K. when I get home today.
For what it's worth, I may notice things as if I'm a new guy. I'm more of
a file clerk at the station. I don't even have a radio, except in the car.
