I can confirm 13750 now, though the signal is VERY weak.

According to BInews V13 (New Star Taiwan) also has skeds at 0200, 0300 and
0400 UTC. They always mention these skeds but so far I never managed to hear
them. I really wonder if they exist. Could anyone ple
