This is a normal message. They usually send 5 to 8 groups, sometimes 9. A
null message is 438 438 438 0 repeated

E11 at 6:45 UTC on 13424 khz last night sounded like a null format, but the
numbers didn't match the Priyom script. It sounded like 00511 / repeated,
then OUT.
On Priyom the null format script was 287 / 00

UTC on UTwente. I don't understand Russian, so I tried to match what she
said to the Priyom script. Part of the transmission was inaudible
