Yup, that's it. Thanks for the good link. I remember the Chinese jamming, but wasn't aware it was now chasing Sound of Hope all over the bands. VOA has some good recordings of these guys posted somewhere. I remember the music being extremely overmodulated and with a huge 50-Hz audio hum, and this time it was if anything a bit undermodulated. Some of the drumming was actually pretty good. The thing finally peaked around S6, and dropped carrier at 2100.
