Hi, > This is M89 on his night time frequency. During the day, this station is on 5278. Both of these frequencies have // frequencies, but so far I've been unable to find them. M89 does send messages, however these are not sent according to a schedule, so one has to keep listening long enough. See my article on M89 in the last E2K Newsletter.
