Yes it is, the syntax is: 'mssql://hostname/database?trusted_connection=yes' If you're connecting to a SQLEXPRESS instance, this becomes: 'mssql://hostname\\SQLEXPRESS/database?trusted_connection=yes' I'm using pyodbc as the underlying DBAPI provider.
