I'm working on a system that has an underlying Oracle database...
I was looking at this article here:

Can you do the equivalent of the Oracle WITH inside SQLAlchemy (I think 
this is also referred to as CTE in MS SQL Server parlance)
Can you also add the search by depth/breadth in the mix?
If so can someone point me to an equivalent way to accomplish this type of 
thing.
