Hi,

I'm currently trying to port a Django based application using sqlalchemy
and I'm a bit confused with some Django's orm features I'm not able to
find in sqlalchemy.
To avoid triggers I used to redefine the save() and delete() methods
from Django's models to be able to update some other tables not in
relation with the object currently manipulated.

Using sqlalchemy, every database querying is done via the session object
and thus, save() and delete() are not linked to the manipulated object
anymore.

So my question is : Is there any kind of "_pre" or "_post" method I can
define in my Declarative models to be able to do the same ?

Regards,

Laurent
