[sqlite] How to use SQLite.NET.0.21?

Hi,
 
I meet some trouble when using SQLite.NET.0.21.
 
How can I make a SQLite3.dll for Windows CE? I will use it in .NET Compact
Framework 1.1.
 
If  I use the default,  when runing at
 
SQLiteCommand cmd = conn.CreateCommand();
 
there will be a exception, "System.MissingMethodException".
 
I think it is related to the SQLite3.dll.
