You can force it. You were right afterward probably asked by the sqlmap
something like this: "you provided 'microsoft sql server' as back-end DBMS,
but from a past scan information on the target URL sqlmap assumes the
back-end DBMS is mysql. Do you really want to force the back-end DBMS

Why when I put --dbms the sqlmap still resuming from session file? I cannot
force the sqlmap to use a dbms specificly?
Here the output:
