From the other thread you've reported issues with your DNS in I take it
you are using Windows? Then just download the .exe file from the link I
gave, run it to update your installation.

Oh man, frustration continues. Well it crashed again tonight. No obvious
signs in the log what happened. No errors relating to picture scanning
and ports still closed. I'll post my last server entries below to see if
someone can solve this ongoing mystery. I'm tempted to just go back to

Also there is a tick box for letting the debug settings persist after a
restart choice if you want that but dont forget to untick after you
traced down the files your after

In addition if you have a group with players setup with volume sync,
then you can press vol+/- on the fixed player, this one won't budge but
the others change volume. I find that quite useful.
(And most my SB3s are set w/ fixed volume and IR blaster to rotate the
amp button when I press on vol+/-.

What I would try now (remember I'm absolutely not in Vortexbox, yum or
RPM!), was to uninstall 7.8 and install 7.9.0 from scratch.

Try 7.9 on another Computer and you'll see.
I can't decide for you. But if you got your issues sorted out with
another LMS I'd really consider to build your von from scratch. Or take
a different approach and install piCorePlayer or Max2Play on an
Raspberry. That should be nearly straight forward.
Installing latest 7.9.1 rescan and restarting players seems to solved
have the problem. I think I stay here. A scary experience

This was s not a mini bug but a huge bug and it runs across all JSON
data in LMS.
Just don't ever expect JSON data to be typed correctly, it often isn't.
If they contain only numbers you will even find text fields being sent
as integers.

Depends on which track is playing, but yes, it usually gets louder.
