I went to explore this via the web UI, but found that most of it is now
rendered in Chinese script!
In addition to what Paul said: fire up the settings. The first drop-down
is the language selector. You should be able to pick your language there.

Hi,
I have two Radios (synced, one audio channel each) working off an LMS
7.9.0 install on a Raspberry Pi 1B Plus running Arch Linux ARM (which
hasn't been updated since I set it up over a year ago). Alarms are
currently globally disabled, but in the last few days, the radios have
been turning
I get a bit of drift with just a couple of Pis and a Joggler synced
together when using Spotify. When the drift occurs they resync quite
quickly but it is noticeable.
All are wired direct to the switch

Which image (normal or audio) would be the best suited of you would run
LMS on a raspberry pi by using PiCorePlayer? I would not use the player
part of PcP, only LMS.
I will connect the pi via LAN.

Maybe try the players all on WiFi temporarily? Unplug all ethernet
connections to players to see if issue goes away? This would eliminate
powerline adapters as potentially adding to the issue.
