You've done so many things - it's not clear how things are setup. I
think it is necessary to get back to a "vanilla" and then chanegs only
one thing at a time and see what, if any, changes in the log.
- Change Win 10 to use DHCP which sets all items Gateway and DNS.

I installed a prior version of LMS same result then I tried streaming
directly from mysqueezebox.com same result.
I finally realized that the links in My Apps don't have my listening key
included. I have submitted a case report at Logitech is that the only
way to report problems like this?

Because LMS thinks the player cannot play the bitrate you are offering -
LMS will choose the lowest top bitrate in a group of synced players.
What is the bitrate of the file you are trying to play ?
