I tried many times with multiple brands and at the end ended up with a
normal cable. Yes, no fun to install (there has been a reason in the
first place to try powerline adapter) but no more frustration wins at
the end.

After a little messing with this, my problem seems to be related to pcP
6.0 and players on my network that are running older versions of pcP.
Something that will probably get worked out in later versions I
suspect.

Any way you can think of to diagnose the lock-ups in LMS that this
thread is actually about? It seems to be much better since I got the
July 24 build, but definitely isn't working nearly as well as it was on
Debian 9.
Thanks

Hi,
I never installed the auto rescan plugin,
My only choices under advanced settings are:
1. rescan automatically when changes are made
2. prompt for rescan when changes are made.
I am never prompted, rarely make changes. Just a minor annoyance.
thanks.

On the CLI the URls were redirected - your wget may not have been.
Try wget with "-v" to get full info (e.g. redirection) and also try the

Hello
I have installed LMS on pCP on a Pi 1. I can connect to it by the web, I
thought I had installed the sound card but when I installed jivelite it
asked what player.
I am not sure of this and could do with a bit of advise. I have done
something wrong.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Havent tried it in failsafe mode yet, but that wont tell me where the

That's what is called "narrowing down a problem", isn't it?
I will try with failsafe, but I think it would also be useful to know
