Can anyone confirm if QLMS has a separate initial setup after install,
that is different than the settings page afterwards? And if it does, do
we have to select the timezone in the initial setup?
I want to change the current time in QLMS, but can't find such setting.
And I think I vaguely rememb

Yes.
I have a VB LMS running on an SSD with storage on a Qnap mounted via
NFS. I still rip the occasional CD on the VB and it rips direct to the
Qnap.
To avoid lots of hacking on the VB simply mount the NFS share as
/storage
VB2.4[/B] STORAGE *QNAP TS419P (NFS)
[B]Living Room* - Joggler & SB3
I have something similar. I have a freeNAS server , but exporting
windows CIF's shares. The share is mounted from a raspberry PI running
MAX2PLAY software. As long as your LMS host supports NFS clients i don't
see an issue duplicating but with NFS,. I don't think we will see a LMS
plugin for Fre
Will try some additional things. I think there is a typo in my post,
the squeezelite line should not have the DAC= line. I was translating
from a script where I use the DAC variable to assign various DACs that I
have.
One of my Pogo DACs has the plughw device, so I'll try that.

Looks like the DAC.

Little point. Low sample rate -> low bit rate -> reduces network costs
for both user and broadcast
I think it is the DAC:
Code:
root@PogoP21:/proc/asound/card0# cat stream0

Very old version of Squeezelite - current ones are 1.9.*
Better to upgrade if you can - lots of bug fixes as well as features
added.
