AFAIK, it's using the system's openSSL

I can only guess at that time that the regular stream are infinite
streams, so the HTTP server might behave directly when there is no
content-length

Anybody else have an advice? Still the same problem.
What LMS version are you using? There has been an issue with some
characters which were not correctly encoded and would have lead to the
problem you're seeing.
