I just had to setup a new LMS - as I tried to install the plugin
"PowerCenter" it failed and I found out that it is no longer available -
alas I have no copy of it anywhere - except in my old installation on a
raspberry pi
I used the plugin just to launch a shell script that turns on

The only thing i think, is that you need to wait a bit more.
Keep in mind a arm cpu is not a x86/x86_64 cpu.
And remember on startup, the script does a lot of thing, and handles a
