Hi
I am using OMV5 and just pulled the apnar logitech media serve image. I
can access the LMS web interface.
On my Docker container I set the path fgor /srv/music to my local hard
drive but when I go to the LMS web interface, Basic Settings and Browse
Media Folders, nothing happens.
Also,
Thank you gentlemen, I can confirm that the patching process now worked
flawlessly. I did it on LMS 7.9.3.

OK Michael, thanks for the info.
I can probably configure Clean My Mac to prevent it from doing whatever
it is doing that has these consequences, but first I have to identify
the culprit. One thing it does is to flush the DNS cache...could that be
part of the problem?
I guess it's simply wiping the ~/Library/Caches/Squeezebox
I use Clean My Mac to periodically maintain my iMac--free up space, etc.
However, each time I run a scan and cleanup it does a couple of odd
things to LMS. First I always lose the Spotify and Qobuz and I have to
reactivate them. On the subsequent LMS restart it does a full library
scan.
I can

Michael, I'm running Squeezebox Radio on firmware 7.7.3 r16676
I think Erland's server is down. I can't reach his download site even
from my computer.

slartibartfast, I tried this several times; nothing changes. I also
tried and added http://www.herger.net/slim-plugins/repo.xml to repos
(although according to Michael the patch is also in the default repo).

I made an interesting experience:
Access to LMS radio directory does not work via LAN, but via WLAN. Also
via HotSpot.
In addition: If I switch from WLAN to LAN, the first radio station works
fine, afterwards nothing

I then downgraded LMS to version 7.9.3 and also repeated the steps
above, alas with no success; basically I don't get the "Patch Installer"
menu.
What firmware version are you running on the Radio?

Hallo zusammen!
I am struggling with a similar problem as well.
Upgraded to LMS 8.0 and got the message that my Squeezebox Radio should
be patched.
- Went to Settings/Advanced/Applet Installer and installed Patch
Installer v. 1.2.36
- the Radio then rebooted
- after reboot went to
:-) my installation is 7 years old but my version of LMS is 7.9.3 June 2
build. I think the database is a bit corrupted, i assume that doesn't
get changed with the different LMS versions.

Good that the use case is explained. Bad - that you are trying to play
video files. LMS audio etc is
