How does LMS coexist with DTS Play-Fi over Ethernet? (Not with mobiles
and/or Wi-Fi)

I have no personal experience but given that DTS advocates using the
home LAN as an alternative to WiFi for their kit then I would expect it
to co-exist - in that the traffic can be shared across the LAN -
otherwise their FAQ would be asking people to set up a dedicated LAN for
it.

DTS Play-Fi is a proprietary protocol and, as far as I can find, has not
been implemented by any open source ... which would make it hard to
incorporate into LMS.
LMS could act as a source through its support of UPnP-AV.
