Good track "Barroom Girls" converted just fine. Bad track "The Way It
Goes" did not convert at all. Had to Control-c to stop it. The whole
album "The Harrow & The Harv
This may be "off the wall" but there is a lot of "spinning" going on in
the log - which will hog CPU.

File sort of looks OK. You didn't show the "File Format" but the screen
shot shows enough (i.e file type = alc)
Tags seem to be read OK by LMS.

I did, because the incremental scan is my workaround.
I will continue in the other thread and post new logfiles (already did
