Since upgrading my log has been doing this about every 10 sec.
It tells you that there's another LMS instance running already. Reboot
your machine? Or make sure you shut down the old version first.

With the suggested change, my Slimp3s are now working with version
8.2.0. Thanks.
Thanks for the confirmation. It's now part of the 8.2.1 (and 8.3.0)
nightly builds.

Any thoughts on how I could fix it? CPAN?

The idea is I tried to rename all my tags to be as Spotify tags, because
Spotty needs this to use the Browse on Spotify feature. It works

Since it's a core component of LMS perhaps we should maintain it within
the https://github.com/LMS-Community repositories?
I've forked it and you should have access to it. Thanks, guys!
Definitely not the code I'd maintain myself...

As you mentioned in one of your PRs we should fork Andy's repo and apply
both of them. I still have a windows build environment that matches the
perl 5.14 used for windows and can build a new Audio::Scan

Now, and this is probably a silly question for most of you, but can
anyone tell me where I can find one of the more recent versions (8.#),
suitable for the Synology DS118?
Synology unfortunately decided to remove support for LMS. There's no
future proof way to install LMS on a Diskstation. If
Just another post to say thanks for the brilliant work and a huge kudos
to the team.
LMS is aweome to use on a daily basis.
This new 8.2 version looks really cool & polished.
Thanks guys.

Hi All,
I have a couple of Squeezeboxes (Classic and Duet) and a NAS (a Synology
DS118). Until recently I only used them for listening to the radio and
my own files, and was sort of fine using an outdated version of LMS.
But I want to start using Tidal, for which I need a more recent version
