Does LMS offer any support for playing mods?

Actually if the above interface supported arbitary metatags, I could add
a custom metatag (say LIBRARY_VIEW) on import (via Musicbrainz) which
wrote that metatag if the file was being sent to the Preview directory.

That's really cool, I'd not seen that feature before.
This seems to apply a filter, as in I can play from the main folder or
the previewing folder, which will be useful.
But I'm looking more for the facility to play from all files but have an
informational showing say in which library view it w
I have two types of audio file on my music store :
- Stuff I want to keep
- Stuff I'm previewing and may want to keep or may discard
So process would be, here's some music that sounds ok, I stick it in my
previewing folder, then if it's a keeper it's moved to the proper music
folder.
Nuked the LMS install, reinstalled all now sorted.

On a refresh it comes back, so it's blank as per the first image as
though it's found an empty string player, I have to select the player I
want.
My Boom has been playing up a bit, I think it may be on it's way out and
this could be to do with that player somehow.

Not sure how I've caused this but I seem to have an empty entry in the
players list.
