Are you sure it's on port 9001 ?
On windows the default is normally 9000

I think it's a Chrome thing and has nothing to do with os versions or
LMS
Check out the plugin page and that is blue with an white marker, and I

For backup I have the same on an 219P and working fine

Check your genre settings for random play, if you used Don't stop the
music it can have messed up that selection

Agree with Garym, it must be a tagging problem
Things to check for:
Make sure there is only one tag version in the files, if you use mp3 it
can have both id3v1 and id3v2, think LMS gonna use v1 if present.
Make sure Album name is exactly the same, if it has a space at the end
it's hard to see

What happens if you browse by Album in LMS, do empty album name show up?

In SSOTS settings, there are an option to run LMS with custom.pm, if
that is enabled I think it's running with a different perl module

Remove the symlink and run LMS as it supposed to run for a week or two
