Hi,
my LSM (8.2.1) keeps (after some days of running) getting unresponsive
to players and the web-interface. On the Pi I can see that it uses 100%
CPU power. There is nothing serious in the server.log.
What log settings would be advisable to change so I can start to track
the issues root cause?
Okay - I upgraded / reinstalled squeezelite - and now it appears to
work! Thanks all!

just wanted to try this - but somehow I have messed up my squeezelite
setup on the RPi - I play via pulse audio (yes I know...) but now I
don't get any sound at all.
aplay and still works fine - I'm really confused...

Interesting! If I tried playing to the Squeezebox Radio ONLY - and it
worked (1h no interruptions)
Then I added the Touch to the group - it still works
So interruptions only happen once the Raspberry Pi player is in the
group.
Network: I store the library on the same Raspberry Pi I use as a ser
Hi,
sorry in advance for this question:
is "Debian Installer Package (ARM)" the correct package for a Raspberry
Pi4 running Buster?

Thanks!
Well - I tried to increase the buffer size to 20 seconds - buffering is
quite fast but it does not help the issue. Once the interruption
happens, the Squeezebox Radio shows "Rebuffering 0%" for several seconds
- then it starts buffering until the buffer is full again.
Again no entry in
Hello,
I have a LMS 7.9.2 installed on a Raspberry Pi 4 - I play local music,
spotify and internet radio. Everything works fine except internet radio
which play with interruptions of a few seconds every couple of minutes.
If I am logging "internet radio" I get something like:

Thank you mherger!
That works really well!

Hi,
I want to switch between two sets of player delays based on where I am
listening from (kitchen and dining room). So I tried to do this using
web requests of the API but I didn't get "this far down".
Is there a documentation available somewhere that covers this?
Thanks!

Cleaning the browser cache didn't do it at first, so I reset the browser
settings to default and that worked.
Editing local websites and Edge is not running as smoothly as it
could...
Thanks all!

Hi,
I just tried the two additional interfaces "classic" and "light" - then
switched back to "default" - but now at least one of the play icons are
unreachable.
myServer:9000/html/images/b_detete.gif just shows some blank image.
I found the d_delete.gif here:
/usr/share/squeezeboxserver/HTML/D
I can confirm that PowerCenter now works well with 7.9.2 - thanks so
much!

Hi Peter,
I tried to install (or download) the PowerCenter plugin -
https://tuxreborn.netlify.app/slim/slim7/PowerCenter/ appears to be a
dead end.
Any way to correct this?
Great plugin by the way - and thanks for your continued support - I use
it to control all my amps with an own python hey
Thanks! It turns out that (on a pi4) the boot process is done before the
network connection is fully established. Hence the MAC address is
submitted as 00:00:00:00:00:00 for each squeezelite player.
Once I set 'wait for network at boot' in raspi-config this was solved.

Hi,
I have 8 players now. Some real devices and some squeezelite
installations on raspberry pi. Now I can only connect 7 of them.
Rebooting the one not connected sometimes connects it but then another
player is squeezed out (haha).
Is there a limit? Where can I increase the number to 8 or 10?
Hi,
I do have a tar archive of an existing installation (the Plugin-folder)
does that help?
Cheers,

Hi,
I would like to move an existing installation of the (no longer
available) plugin PowerCenter to my new LMS. I do have the tar archive
from the folder
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/PowerCenter
Is this possible? Can I just untar it on the new server or do I have to
Hello all,
I just had to setup a new LMS - as I tried to install the plugin
"PowerCenter" it failed and I found out that it is no longer available -
alas I have no copy of it anywhere - except in my old installation on a
raspberry pi
I used the plugin just to launch a shell script that turns on
