Just to close this one out, I downloaded
logitechmediaserver-8.3.0-0.1.1641914771.noarch.rpm from the nightly
server and installed today with no issues. It works fine with Fedora 35
and perl 5.34. Thanks!!

I'm running Fedora 35 and 8.2.0 and have the same issue. I get 2
errors:
Image::Scale object version 0.14 does not match bootstrap
parameter 0.08 at /usr/lib64/perl5/DynaLoader.pm line 21
