I have RPi3 LMS 7.9.2 installation. Music library located on a NAS.
Music folders mounted via fstab.
1. Issue is with international characters in filename in music library
folder.
This is music folder that I see in Raspberian:
'/mnt/music/_Зарубежная'
This is music folder, that I'm add in L
This is the result of 12 hours scanning media library. After 12 hours I
killed proccess.

No, SLIMOPTIONS="--charset=utf8" doesn't work as it should. Here is
Media Folders settings:

The same folder looks different as Media Folder and as Playlist Folder.
It looks like a bug.

No, I don't think so. I have two copies of LMS. One of them installed on
Windows based NAS and other on RPi 3. I tried to scan Music Library on
both copies of LMS. On NAS it passed, on RPi it freezes at the nearly
