Just running the slimserver\slimserver.pl as-is failed as well, and I was admonished to use an older version of ActivePerl (5.14) than what I'm using (5.24.1). Yes, that is crucial, as we don't have binaries for newer Perl versions on Windows. PM me if you can't find an installer for 5.14. On
