Is there a way to prevent SqueezeTray from being added to the startup
folder when installed?
I don't need it and every time I install a nightly, I have to delete it.

Not that I'm aware of. I run the following batch file each time I
install a new nightly. It kills SqueezeTray and deletes that shortcut.
