You can add tracks to, or delete tracks from a playlist, then save the
playlist.
You can drag and drop the tracks within the list to reorder them, then
save the playlist.

Assuming JRiver is on a Windows PC, then the file paths won't be the
same as those as required by LMS on your max2play install.
I do this myself, create a playlist with JRiver, and edit the file paths
in Notepad.
