You made me realise that stupid me was running an ancient version of
squeezelite 1.8. I was just using the version that's installed via
apt-get. Have installed the new one now and playlist no longer
stopping.

There was a problem with squeezelite and spotify ogg streams and was
fixed at version 1.9.3-1177.
If you're running an older build of squeezelite, please update and see
if the problems persist.

Over the last few weeks, I've noticed that Spotty or TIDAL playlists
seem to get stuck on a track and not continue to the next track.
If I manually skip to the next track the song begins playing again.
So far I can't find any pattern in terms of a length of time playing or
a certain amount
