I have a TIDAL Premium subscription that offers AAC streams up to
320kbps (for 9,99 euro per month), and that is working OK with LMS
8.0.1.

And can confirm that Tidal now works again.

My LMS is updated to the October 20th nightly build and runs on a
Windows 10 x64 Pro server.
That's too old. You need to get the 8.0.0 release or one of the 8.0.1
nightly builds.
