If it works (mostly) the configuration is most likely correct.
I do not remember very much of the configuration details of the original
ICAP patch.

the result to the list. Seems like a bug in Proventia Web Filter.

Yes. The updates of the patches is not automated at the moment and
manual action is required.
I am working on getting this fixed time permitting.

I've just checked the patch for the ICAP patch sent by one fellow
squid-users reader.
It works just fine, I've tested it here.
Could anybody please commit it to CVS?
