Amos, your answer was very helpful. Purge looks exactly like the
solution I'm looking for, but I might be not using it correctly. I'm
getting loads of 404s like these ones:
purge -p localhost:3080 -c /etc/squid/squid.conf -e
'.*video\.squidinternal.*' -P 1
/cache/2/00/E9/E95B 404 3214
