Hi,
I'm using Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE1 and so far it's been doing

What do you mean - the Squid process takes up more memory, the on-disk cache
grows, or your log file grows?

Is there a way to get squid to pass weatherbug requests straight out w/o
trying to cache data in RAM or on DISK?
I cannot get weatherbug to NOT use the proxy server settings in control
panel. (I asked...thats the way it is)
So what can I do?
Squid just gets larger and larger.

Signal 6 indicates Squid aborted it's operation due to a fatal error.
What do you get in cache.log? There is more details on the error there.

I was posting about something similar when this came in: every now and

a while (an hour, by my estimation), but it' really annoying.
Any thoughts?

Is there any way to know the username of the clients which are connected

I looked into "Cache Manager", but there's no trace of that information.

Hi Folks,
What I want to achieve is single logon for authenitcated NT Domain Users so they don't
have to type in their User/Password
twice.
After excessive reading the FAQ's to NTLM and winbind I still am kinda confused.
As I am still a student I have to bother with some basic questions.

To do this I have set the squid box as default route on the clients and

Allow the ones you want to allow before where you deny, or exclude them
from the deny line.. The latter is probably preferrable.

Hi all!
Just a simple question.
If i run squid as a proxy and in the .conf file say that on this server
www.test.com you are allowed to view the two following URLs
www.test.com/custommer and www.test.com/partner , all other URLs on
www.test.com are DENYED!
Can this be done in Squid?
