I have 2 questions.
1. I need to use emule software with proxy but it does'nt work.
how should I change sqid.conf file?
2. I want to restrict http tunelling request through squid .
How can I do it?

I've installed Squid on OS X 10.3, I'm trying to use it to cache large
files (mainly stuff like OS updates). The problem is that according to
store.log, everything seems to be released from the cache straight
away:

I am using ISA server and i am wanting to replace it with
squid. I am running squid on a linux box. Now what i want
to do is have w2k users to use the squid proxy. I want to
add a few users in a group to have internet access and add
other users in another group to have access only to a few

Problem is:
(28) No space left on device
Do a:
df -k
Note what each volume free space is. If any volume is at 0 or near 0
free space, note this. If Squid caches or logs any data (files) on the
full volume, clear some space or increase your disk capacity.

Disregard previous posting, tipical case of user mistake.
Question though: is --enable-linux-netfilter required for transparent
intercept proxy on kernel 2.6? The note says it is for 2.4.

Process followed is :
1. Create System account with UID 23 , Shell /sbin/nologin
2. Unpack the file downloaded
3. Configure with option
./configure --build=i686-redhat-linux --host=i686-redhat-linux

why? It has only meaning when those sites are broken and send invalid
freshness informations.
