Kernel 2.4.21.
Some times the squid don´t work. All http traffic is blocked, all https
traffik works fine.
A restart is not enough. I have to delete and rebuild the cache.

there is: client_netmask ... if I have set it 255.255.255.255 then I will
see the individual IP's in log files.

Now running stable11, but it was happening with stable5, too. If I'm using
the proxy server, downloads will come down the pipe at a maximum speed of
about 235KB/sec. If I bypass the proxy and download direct, on the same
workstation I see speeds closer to what I should be getting
