What do you mean by ECN and Window Scaling. I only know about ECN
(TCP/IP Network Congestion) and Windows Scaling at layer 3 not layer 7
(Squid level) ?

This is probably a noob question about an old problem but after several
hours I am getting nowhere finding a solution.
I have tried to compile ver 3.0.PRE5 (and the 20070411 release) on
Fedora Core 5, but the ./configure fails - the last line in config.log
is 'configure: exit 1
