Looking in the achive, before 2.6, it looks like if you want to proxy for
several servers, then you need to separate the traffic based on the host name
part of the URL.
I was hoping to separate traffic based on destination IP address, but perhaps
someone will have a better idea?
i.e.

Hi Michel,
We've found a major logic fubar in the TPROXY implementation. It's
almost fixed. We'll have a how-to done up after the fix is

I'm successfully running squid on a VERY low end device, a

I really dont want squid to cache anything, in disk and in memory. I
just want squid

Hello,
Can squid add a header or footer to the pages it returns to it's clients? I
want to use this header or footer for security and disclaimer information
to be displayed to all users for every page they browse. Alternatively can
squid be used up to frame the requested page in an HTML frame?

Squid itself does not alter the data objects passing through.
You need Squid-3 with an ICAP server to alter the web content.
Hello, Thanks for your reply. Will the ICAP server modify the HTML content, or
just the URL request string? If it is the HTML that is modified via the ICAP
server,
Amos,
