I'm having the exact same problem. I tried disabling the window size, but it
didn't change anything.
My log files are full of entries like these: (I also got sucessfull replies)
1249567984.678 1 192.168.0.5 TCP_MISS/500 2542 GET
And sometimes, after a few unsucessfull tries, the site will just magically
work and no TCP_MISS/500 is returned...
