Is there a squid-snmp-oid or a squidclient-option to get the following
values (since startup of squid or since creation of cache_dirs)?
- tcp_miss
- tcp_hit
- tcp_mem_hit
If not, how can I determine these values?

Nevermind, seems that deleting my swap.state file and restarting squid did the
trick.

Afaik no HTTP client supports SSL (HTTPS) for talking to proxy. I don't know
of other way to use certs for client authentication than SSL.
