stress test environment.

well it's pretty simple.
my setup is like this:
gw\dns\dhcp\cahce\icap =
for those who dont want to mess with ICAP i wrote a ruby coordinator for
url_rewrite interface.
the only problem is the logs that will show one thing but actually the
url that gets into cache is the rewritten.
it can be verified using an ICP\HTCP client.
i wrote ICP client to verify cache
