1- Firefox sends a GET with Kerberos auth;
2- Squid server reply with HTTP/1.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required

3- Firefox sends a new request, but with basic auth;

Before you see the Basic Auth does squid send a 407 with a list of auth
method in the header ? If not it looks like a bug in firefox.
