nice to tell you that i found the solution of this problem
my problem was when i want to shutdown squid ,
i repeat squid -k shutdown many times !!!
thats why a conflict occurs when i start squid let it get down !!
agian ,
the solution , is , if i want to restart squid

my pc resolved the site aaa.com with 1.1.1.1
and squid resolved aaa.com with 2.2.2.2
but my pc see the site with 1.1.1.1 not with 2.2.2.2 ???

Not too bad. Squid is self-correcting since we (devs) know exactly what
state is happening and can detect it.

HTTP Client local=SQUID IP:3130 remote=VPN server:65090 FD 10
flags=1
local= contains the details of www.nba.com server where the request is
being fetched original dst IP:port from the TCP packets.
remote= contains the client
