i don't know if anyone still used squidguard, but i don't use it anymore.
i only add 2 lines in squid.conf
acl pornurl_regex -i"/usr/local/squid/etc/porn.txt"
http_access denyporn
and in /usr/local/squid/etc/porn.txt i put all the badword/bad website

that happened to me too
my solution at that time is i clean up my cache, squid -z, and then turn
back on my squid.
i still dont know why that happened
