im having this problem when i try to download certain file:

The requested URL could not be retrieved
While trying to process the request:
GET /cisci2005/Reviewers/download.asp?aux1=C170JB
the strangest thing happen, whit some users in THE SAME MACHINE (squid
+ transparent + IE6.) i see the blank page, with ohters, don't, it works
well, i try to contact "hotmail support" but (rarely?) all the links go to
